No surprises here: Ultra Street Fighter 4 has not been announced for launch on the Wii U. This doesn’t mean we won’t see any version of the same down the line but according to producer Yoshinori Ono on Twitter, there are currently no plans for bringing the game to the Wii U.

The current system requirements include a PC with Windows 7 (64 bit) or above with OpenGL 4.1 or 4.5 and RAM of 4 GB minimum, although 8 GB or more would be highly recommended. The Cemu (v1.11.2) Wii U Emulator has been said to bring huge performance improvements and run some games at full speed on reasonable PC configurations, such as Zelda. In September 28, 2009, Capcom announced an update called Super Street Fighter IV (formerly Street Fighter IV Dash). The updated game features ten additional characters: Thunder Hawk and Dee Jay (from Super Street Fighter II, completing the Super Street Fighter II Turbo roster Capcom ran out of time to finish the first time), Adon (from the original Street Fighter but based on his Street Fighter. Capcom's got like the worst difficulty curve in its fighting games I've ever seen. I mean, if you want to increase the difficulty, you can do it by either making the player do less damage, or make the computer take more damage, or maybe even tune the AI up a bit so it stops playing like someone's slapping their face against the controller and starts playing like a thinking (or at least. Ultra Street Fighter 4 is not yet planned for Wii U, Xbox One or PS4. Responding to fan inquiries on Twitter, Street Fighter series producer Yoshinori Ono said Capcom has no plans to pursue any.

It’s somewhat understandable, given that the original Street Fighter 4 and Super Street Fighter 4 didn’t make their way to the Wii. The latter did find itself on the Nintendo 3DS however, and while dwindling support for third party developers could be explained as the cause, Capcom are still bringing games like Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate to the Wii U.

Of course, it could just be that there are more established players on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC than on the Wii U. So why take risks? Hopefully we’ll see Street Fighter 4 arrive for the console in some form or the other in the coming months.

After the recent poll asking which games fans would most like to see on the main EVO 2016 line up, the tournament's organizer Joey 'Mr. Wizard' Cuellar took to Twitter once again to prompt followers with a handful of other questions.
Street Fighter 5 is set to be released on February 16th, 2016, so we'll undoubtedly see Capcom's upcoming title on the main stage at next year's EVO. But what about Ultra Street Fighter 4? Should the new franchise installment squeeze its predecessor out of the line up?

Wii It looks like the EVO TO is considering the possibility of only having Street Fighter 5. Not only that, but he also asked fans if Super Smash Bros. Melee and Wii U should coexist as main games next year, posting two poll questions: the first asking if there should be one or two Smash games in the line up and the other asking which of the two people would most like to see.
Mr. Wizard clarifies that these polls aren't the final say by any means. Instead, these are just being used to collect data and see where the community stands.
You can check out all three Twitter polls and the results after the jump. So, what do you think? Should we only have Street Fighter 5 at EVO next year? And should there be one or two Smash Bros. games featured?
